Job Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience:
    • 2-3 years of hands-on experience in troubleshooting and maintaining desktops, laptops, printers, and networks.
    • Strong knowledge of CCTV systems and attendance systems.
    • Experience with domain control and related systems.
    • Proven ability to troubleshoot WiFi networks effectively.

Skills Needed:

  • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle technical challenges independently.
