Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain detailed job descriptions for various roles.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs to track and enhance employee performance.
  • Conduct regular performance appraisals and provide actionable feedback.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process from start to finish.
  • Promote employee engagement and motivation initiatives.
  • Align talent strategies with organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in HR roles.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and Kuwait's employment laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with Menaitec software is essential.
  • Immediate availability.
  • Must hold a Transferable 18 Visa.
